Lisa is highly organized and provided excellent service for my family during our recent trip to South Korea and Japan. We connected multiple times before the trip to ensure that she was aware of our needs and that all of our expectations were met. It was such a pleasure not to have to worry about planning details of the lodging, travel arrangements, and fun group activities. Thanks to Utopia Travel by Design, my family could just show up and enjoy our vacation.
